Had an unfortunate (or I guess after the settlement, fortunate LMFAO), so I went with them after getting a half-assed answer with a previous LL firm. They got a good settlement for me, and returned the lemon.
Only slight gripe is whenever I left a text, phone call or email, took forever to respond about the progress of the case, which took forever itself ( 6 months), but it was worth the wait and would not hesitate to recommend or use again. Some dealers take longer so can't blame them for that.
